 Do I have to be local to train with you?

Absolutely not! I use the newest technology to train clients online and track progress virtually. 

What is wellness coaching?

Coaching that empowers the client to achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness.I merge traditional wellness coaching with personal training and nutrition guidance to help clients from outside and inside. I use the inside-out coaching to help clients overcome core issues and  outside-in coaching to help clients develop new strategies, behavior modification, and provide support. I coach clients in achieving balance in all of the major areas of their lives. 

What if I don’t have a gym membership and have limited equipment?

That’s ok! The workout plan is customized to what equipment you have and can be done at home with the same results. 

I am a picky eater. What is the nutrition plan like?

I get it! I can work with what you feel comfortable with eating and I am also a picky eater myself. I can be as vanilla or as creative as you wish! 

With my crazy work and home schedule I do not have a lot of extra time. How much time do I need each week? 

The workouts are easy to follow and can be done in less than 30 minutes. I recommend committing to at least three workouts a week on your own and one training session with me.

I am new to working out and not familiar with a lot of the exercises. How do I learn how to do them when I’m not with you? 

Great question! My training website and APP walks you through how to complete each exercise by showing you an example video and written instructions. 

How do I stay motivated to complete the training program? 

You have me as your accountability coach and we work together to keep you on track towards your goal. You will receive messages periodically through the week to help you stay motivated and you will have weekly training sessions.

I have physical and/or dietary limitations. How do you work with these limitations ?

I am an expert in my field and will customize any physical activity to what is safe and  effective for you and/or with your dietary limitations. This will not hinder your training at all! 

How much do the programs cost? 

I have different program lengths and offer affordable payment options. I offer a 8 and 12 week program that range from $699 to $899. 

What if I only need personal training sessions? 

I can do that! I can personalize just an exercise program for you and have you purchase sessions for once, twice or three times a week. My hourly rate is $45 and I offer discounts on monthly training packages.

What are your certifications? 

I hold my personal training certificate through an accredited personal training company called ISSA and I received my Integrative Wellness Life Coach certificate through IWA-Integrative Wellness Academy, a holistic and integrative life coaching academy.
